Follow these steps on how to use the Weight Loss Nut

Safety guidelines

  • Use the Weight Loss Nut seeds only as directed.
  • DO NOT EXCEED a 1/4 Weight Loss Nut seed PER DAY.
  • Do not use if you are under the age of 18.
  • Do not use if you have a serious medical condition, are pregnant, or are nursing.
  • If you have high blood pressure or another serious medical issue, consult with a doctor before use.
  • If you do not follow the safety information, health issues may arise.
  • If this happens, stop usage and seek medical attention immediately.
  • Only use if tamper resistant seal is in place.
  • KEEP REFRIGERATED.
  • KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

The Nut

 

First time users:

  1. Take a single nut and cut it into quarters
  2. Cut each piece again into half so that you have 8 pieces 
  3. For the first 8 days, use a single piece every evening
  4. Crush the piece of the nut between two teaspoons
  5. Place the spoons in a cup and pour boiling water over the spoons, until the nut powder and oils are rinsed off
  6. Drink the mixture once it has cooled down 

 

After the first 8 days/ regular users:

  1. Cut your nuts into quarters
  2. Use a quarter piece of the nut every evening
  3. Crush the piece between two teaspoons
  4. Place the spoons in a cup and pour boiling water over the spoons, until the nut powder and oils are rinsed off
  5. Drink the mixture once it has cooled

The Extract

                                      

First time users:

  1. For the first week, use the small scoop of the orange spoon that is provided to measure the Extract
  2. Pour one small scoop of the Extract into cold water and mix 
  3. Drink in the evenings

 

After the first week/ regular users:

  1. Use the bigger scoop of the orange spoon
  2. Pour one big scoop of the Extract into cold water and mix
  3. Drink in the evenings

The Capsule

Firs-time users:

  1. Drink 1 Capsule every second evening for a week

 After the first week/ regular users:

2. Drink 1 Capsule every evening 

What to expect during detox

 

  • First time users may experience detox symptoms like diarrhea muscle pain and fatigue and in some cases swelling of the ankles. 
  • THESE SYMPTOMS WILL PASS once your body has adjusted to the nut.
  • If the symptoms are severe, you can always scale down on your dosage or only drink the nut every second or third day.

DOs and DON’Ts

DO:

  • Use a multi-vitamin to combat fatigue
  • Take pain killers for muscle aches
  • Eat a banana or a serving of yogurt everyday to replace potassium. Diabetics can opt for a cucumber instead
  • Follow your normal diet for lasting results. Your portion sizes will most likely become smaller while using the nut
  • Listen to your body and adjust your dosage if the detox symptoms become too severe

 

 

DON’T:

  • Drink coffee or eat first thing in the morning, wait a bit for your stomach to settle.
  • Limit or starve yourself as the nut needs food to work
  • Worry to much about the scale, you’ll lose centimeters and tone your muscles first and then start losing Kgs.
  • DON’T GIVE UP! The symptoms are temporary and WILL PASS!
